Commercial Maintenance and Constructions (CMC) was established in 1990 by Mr. Brett Manning who continues, in his position of company director, to be involved in all facets of the business.
Brett is directly involved in the management of the company. Both Brett and Geoff Armstrong carry out the roles of Project Supervisor and Estimator to ensure the continued delivery of a high quality construction and maintenance services to all of CMC’s customers.
The CMC management team actively mentors its team of full time carpenters, painters and labourers to ensure the development of their workplace skills and to maintain and strengthen the safety culture that is a foundation of the Commercial Maintenance and Constructions mission statement.
CMC uses a range of subcontractor trades to supplement their full time carpentry and painting staff. We have established long term business relationships with many trades, this allows us to offer improved response timeframes for reactive maintenance work and shorter lead times for planned projects.
We have an “on call” roster system, enabling us to attend to our customers needs 24 hours a day seven days a week. We are regularly asked to attend to out of hours work by many of our customers
